The Board

Caroline Zwierzchowska-Dod PhD

Chief Executive Officer

Caroline has led organisations across the public sector in education and healthcare, putting service user voice at the heart of service planning and delivery.  

Caroline was previously an expert by experience with NHS England, is an experienced Maternity & Neonatal Partnerships (MNVP) strategic lead alongside having been the training lead for National Maternity Voices. Caroline sat on the MNVP guidance stakeholder group and works with NHSE to provide ongoing guidance in this area. Caroline also provides private consultancy for Integrated Care Boards and MNVPs across the country. Caroline was on the leadership team for Dunkirk Refugee Children's Centres charity managing volunteers and working in the camp. Formerly a headteacher with special educational needs training, Caroline is now a trained mediator and a family and parenting specialist.

Lynette Nusbacher DPhil

Chair of the Board

An experienced strategist with a passion for public services, Lynette has extensive experience advising boards and executive committees in the public, private and charitable sectors on both strategy and governance. Lynnette is deputy chair for Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and has previously worked at both the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence as well as the University of Toronto.

Vivian Hu Adams

A success-driven Business Developer with a proven track record in breakthrough sales, exceeding targets, forming partnerships and building effective collaborations within fast-paced, matrixed organizations. Viv specializes in growing businesses sustainably, business transformation and coaching. Vivian is a local parent and is passionate about healthcare and sustainability, serving as a voluntary Board member for local businesses in these sectors.

Sarah Oakley RN, RHV

Sarah is a registered nurse and health visitor regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, with over 30 years experience working directly with families in healthcare settings. Sarah is also a qualified lactation consultant and runs a private practice in this area alongside training healthcare professionals. She previously ran a local charity and has delivered courses in conjunction with Cambridgeshire County Council.


Rae Vacher Lowe

Chair of Northumbria Maternity Voices Partnership, Rae was previously an expert By experience with NHS England and is an experienced school business manager with experience in project management, budget setting and control and senior leadership within public sector organisations.

Emily harrison

Emily is an events professional, currently enjoying the freedom and flexibility of freelancing within events and marketing, as well as holding a number of voluntary positions. She's worked in multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, travel and hospitality. Emily is a local parent and active service user representative with Rosie MNVP. 

Verity King
Treasurer

Verity is a part-qualified accountant with the ACCA and a director of Kings Accountancy Ltd, a registered and certified accountancy firm. Verity is a local parent and active service user with Peterborough & Hinchingbrooke MNVP.

Kirsty Richardson
Lead, Hinchingbrooke Neonatal Friends

Kirsty is a former HR Manager now company director and compliance director for one of the UK’s leading horticulture companies. Kirsty is a local parent with experience of children with additional needs.

Lauren Smith
Lead, Peterborough Neonatal Friends

Lauren is an experienced fundraiser working with a registered charity supporting children with additional needs and life-limiting conditions.  Lauren is a local parent with experience of children with additional needs.

Michelle Moles

Michelle works for a charity supporting people with learning disabilities, their families and carers. As a type 1 diabetic, her own pregnancy journeys have given her an insight into maternal medicine pathways, and she is also a champion for parents who have experience miscarriage.

Raham Project 

The Raham Project CIC works to create safe and non-judgemental spaces for mothers and partners from ethnic communities. They create resources for parents using representative imagery and provide culturally sensitive education programmes for parents.

Mama's Embrace

Mama's Embrace CIC provides culturally sensitive, holistic support for women from blac, black mixed heritage and the global majority who are dealing with issues around pregnancy, mental health and wellbeing, and bereavement.
